Recast named as a finalist for Technology Company of the Year at the British Business Awards 2025
The shortlist for the British Business Awards 2025, in association with NatWest, has been released with Recast announced in the top eight technology businesses in the UK.
More than 300 companies entered the British Business Awards. The selected businesses were chosen by an independent shortlisting panel. Each entry was “carefully examined and judged on their positive impact to their workforce, sector and overall contribution to the British economy.” Recast will now go up against major multi-nationals like HP UK and Dell Technologies UK.
The criteria for the award of Best Technology Business in the UK asked entrants to demonstrate evidence of:
- Growth potential
- A scalable business model
- Successful commercialisation of technology
- A track record in developing tech tools
- A commitment to values and social responsibility
Recast has revolutionised its technology, and the panel has recognised the significance of Recast’s business model for media owners.
Recast’s new API-based technology now enables media owners to sell any digital media or asset direct-to-consumers, or via affiliates, anywhere, at a fair and affordable price, via a RecastPay Wallet.
