Who You Are:

You will have experience in relationship management, delivering against targets and be an excellent communicator. 

Reporting to our Commercial and Marketing Director you will be responsible for managing partner relationships with media owners and securing and onboarding affiliates to ensure revenue maximisation. You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop partner communications and the VP of Product to share partner feedback. 

You will be a driven individual who is relentless in your pursuit of delivering success. You will be an organised communicator, with excellent people skills who thinks on your feet and adapts to any given situation. 

The successful candidate will need to be prepared for a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of your work, building good relationships across the business. You’re organised and efficient. We’re a small team so it’s imperative that you have a ‘roll your sleeves up’ attitude.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, liaise and build ongoing relationships with media owners, driving them to adopt best practices for success.
  • Secure affiliates to maximise the revenue potential of Recast’s media owners 
  • Assist media owners and affiliates with onboarding, widget creation and administering live events 
  • Support media owners to utilise athlete influencers to promote their content 
  • Educate partners about Recast functionalities and capabilities, providing them with walkthroughs and best practices 
  • Manage relationships to drive optimal revenues for Recast and its partners
  • Work with marketing to develop partners communications, best practice guides and promotional assets 
  • Gather partner data and analytics to improve channel success and drive growth/ retention 
  • Devise and present case studies and reports to enhance Commercial strategies 
  • Communicate product feedback from partners and events with Product and Engineering colleagues 
  • Maintain a schedule of events and update colleagues as appropriate 

Key Skills: 

  • A track record of building and maintaining positive relationships and partner satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Google suit or MS Office  skills
  • Experience of managing projects with the ability to prioritise and deliver results 
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of presenting to a small audience 
  • Good negotiation and analytical skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and a passion for client management 
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills further 

It’s a plus if you have: 

  • Sports fan and/or sports industry knowledge and experience 
  • Experience in the media, content creation, or entertainment industry 
  • Customer service, business development and/or sales knowledge and experience 
  • Experience of using Hubspot 
  • Knowledge of streaming services 

Job Details

  • We are a remote first company, based in Edinburgh. We work remotely with opportunities for the team to get together on an ad-hoc basis, weekly/monthly.
  • This position will be required to work some evenings and weekends to support live events.
  • Time off in lieu will be provided and/or additional payment for out of hours work.
