  • Strategic Road mapping:
    • Align the product roadmap with the company’s strategic objectives. Regularly review and adjust prioritization to ensure the roadmap reflects the product vision and market needs.
    • Participate in the development of Recast’s GTM strategy, including defining market positioning, target audience and segments, sales and marketing plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure alignment of team resources with GTM objectives.
  • Technical Product Management:
    • Work closely with the engineering team to determine product requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and customer needs.
    • Apply your hands-on experience in delivering technical product requirements for SaaS applications, ensuring that the Recast platform meets high standards of scalability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • API Documentation and Developer Experience:
    • Ensure that the team develops and maintains user-friendly documentation for the APIs, enabling smooth integration and usage by developers and other technical users.
    • Work with marketing to create and promote developer-focused resources such as tutorials, SDKs, and technical guides that highlight the capabilities and benefits of Recast’s API platform.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and emerging trends to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
    • Gather and analyze user feedback, product performance metrics, and market data to continuously improve the product and guide future development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Lead and facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure that product development aligns with business objectives and that teams work effectively together to achieve successful product delivery.

Qualifications:
