How do I reset my password?

You can reset your Recast password by following the steps below:

  1. Tap on the ‘Forgotten password’ button on the sign in screen.
  2. Type in your email address used when you set up your account
  3. We’ll email you a ‘reset password’ link (so check your emails and junk)
  4. Tap on the link, received by email and reset your password
  5. Use your new password to sign into your account

I’m having issues signing in

Check that Recast is available in the country you’re in here. If you’ve just joined, check your spam folder for the verification email. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the ‘forgotten password’ button on the sign in screen.

I’m having issues with a stream

Having problems with a stream? Here are a few things you can try to fix any issues:

  • Refresh the page.
  • Log out and log in again.
  • Check you’re using one of our recommended browsers: Safari (Apple devices), Chrome or Edge. If you’re not, please try one of these browsers instead.
  • Make sure your browser and operating systems are up to date.
  • If you are using a VPN or Adblocker try turning these off.
  • Make sure you are on your own personal network.
  • Make sure you have allowed your browser to play audio and that your audio setup is working correctly for other sounds.

How do I delete my fan account?

To delete your account, log in and click on your Recast profile, then click on the settings icon and select ‘Delete My Account’. Follow the steps to delete your account. If you need assistance, please contact us at

What happens if I miss the start of a live stream I’ve purchased?

You can join a live stream at any point when you’ve purchased it. If you’ve missed the start and the publisher has chosen to provide a replay, they are usually published between 2-3 hours after the event has finished.

Please note that replays are published at the discretion of the channel owner and may not always be available.
